We provide world-class education and training in hotel management and caregiving, empowering Sri Lankan youth to excel globally and uplift their families and the nation.

Together with Youth (Guarantee) Ltd. (TWY), established in 2021, is a nonprofit organization registered with the Registrar of Companies. Founded by a team of dedicated professionals from diverse disciplines, TWY has a proven track record in skill development for youth and disadvantaged groups in Sri Lanka. TWY has successfully completed projects in hospitality, caregiving, soft skills, and language training, earning a reputation as a catalyst for UN organizations as a Migration Readiness Trainer Believing that highly trained employees get exposed to great opportunities, we venture boldly into vocational training with Freudenberg Leisure, a veteran and renowned name in hospitality.

IHMA proudly offers Australian pathway programs in Sri Lanka through Culinary Solutions Australia International (CSAI). Our flagship program, the “Diploma in Hospitality Management,” in collaboration with Culinary Solutions Australia International Registered Training Organization (RTO) in Melbourne, is a comprehensive twelve-month course. This program allows students to start their academic journey in Sri Lanka and continue seamlessly abroad. Graduates can advance directly into the second year of a Bachelor Business in Hotel Management degree at The Hotel School Australia, paving the way for a successful career in the global hospitality industry
